Researchers from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) and the Institute of Health Research La Fe (IIS La Fe), in collaboration with the Valencian company Bionos Biotech, confirmed in an “in vivo” study the powerful anti-aging power of traditional varieties of Aubergine, including Valencia ‘Listada Gandia’ and they work now on achieving even more antioxidant-rich varieties.
